Our Build Your Own Biothane Collars are designed for everyday wear and real-life adventures. Choose your preferred width, size and colour to create a collar that suits your dog’s style, comfort and needs.
Made from durable Biothane, these collars are waterproof, wipe-clean, smell-resistant and incredibly strong — without sacrificing style. They are ideal for muddy walks, beach trips, rainy days and dogs who love getting messy!

All collars are made using 2.5mm-thick Biothane.
Please choose a width that is suitable for your dog’s size, strength and neck shape.
Please note the 13mm options is extremely narrow and intended for very small or lightweight dogs only. It may also be suitable as a house collar or tag collar, but they are not recommended for larger, stronger dogs or dogs that pull on the lead.

🐾 Choosing the Correct Size
For the best fit, measure around your dog’s neck where the collar will naturally sit.
Please use a soft measuring tape and ensure it is comfortably snug, without pulling it tight. Do not measure an existing collar flat, as this may give an inaccurate measurement.
Enter your dog’s exact neck measurement when ordering. We will use this measurement to create a collar with room for adjustment.
Please double-check your measurements before placing your order, as every collar is handmade specifically for your dog.
